About

Genevieve developed an interest in Art History through frequent trips accompanying her mother to galleries throughout her childhood. She loved learning about how one movement went on to affect and inspire another, and this led her to complete a BA in Art History at Bristol University. However, missing the applied nature of the art she made in her youth, upon graduating Genevieve looked for an opportunity to combine her interests in both visual arts and making, and this led her to study jewellery design and manufacture at the British Academy of Jewellery.

Genevieve went on to cut her teeth at leading British jewellery houses including Vivienne Westwood and Astley Clarke and after 7 years of industry experience, she founded her own fine jewellery brand with the purpose of bringing vibrant colour into fine jewellery. Inspired by the geometric shapes and repeated patterns commonly used in the Art Deco movement which she studied during her BA, and combining these with the colour combinations she found in her favourite Impressionist paintings, Genevieve developed her own distinctive style.
Today, Genevieve is based back where she began, in Hatton Garden at the centre of London’s jewellery trade. She releases collection pieces regularly throughout the year and holds private consultations for bespoke work at The Goldsmiths’ Centre where her studio is based.

Genevieve won Jewellery Designer of the Year at this year's NAJ Awards. She has also exhibited and sold her work at The Goldsmith’s Fair, Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges. Her pieces have featured in publications such as Wallpaper*, Katerina Perez and Crafts Magazine. She sells online and in-person to her international client base.
